Op het moment dat dit lied voor Belgie werd gepresenteerd was het voor mij duidelijk dit gaat hoog heel hoog eindigen op het songfestival, ik vond de tekst prachtig.. en ook prachtig gezongen.. heerlijk dit nummer. Haar uitvoering op het songfestival in de voorronde was verre van zuiver. was vreselijk vals.. zo erg dat ik dacht dit gaat hem niet worden. Gelukkig zijn er altijd nog mensen die aangeven dat ze wel in dit nummer geloven en dus ging ze toch door naar de finale.. om uiteindelijk bij mijn weten op de 4de plaats, mede omdat haar uitvoering prachtig was toen de meeste spanning er vanaf was.
Dit lied heb ik heel veel gezongen toen ik weer sinds tijden in Londen was bij Erwin, waar ik maar eens alle highlights ben gaan bekijken omdat ik vond dat ik dat ook moest zien. tenslotte kom ik vaker in londen en het is gek dat ik dat nooit heb gezien...
Dit lied brengt me altijd terug in Londen.
