Chocolate (Rafaella)

  Niet gekozen voor het Eurovisie Songfestival 

( tot aan het songfestival zal ik steeds een liedje hier neer zetten die 

volgens mij door had moeten gaan naar het Eurovisie Songfestival).

Ik vergeet nooit de commotie die ontstond toen Rafaella dit lied op het nationale songfestival bracht.. hilarisch was het.. het waren als ik het me goed herinner steeds een soort duel.. tussen twee liedjes en daaruit werd dan het beste liedje gekozen. Rafaella moest tegen Joan Franka met You en me.. ( juist dat meisje met die indianen tooi op haar hoofd, die uiteindelijk won, door de wansmaak van een aantal juryleden....  met alle gevolgen van dien.. ze won niet).

Maar het lied van Rafaella, ik draai hem nog vaak op school en alle leerlingen die zingen mee, en zijn wild van dit lied.. toen het destijds op tv werd uitgezonden, zeiden alle songfestival fans die onder mijn vrienden zitten meteen We hebben een winnaar.. dit slaat aan. zelfs mr Songfestival Johny Logan zei het in de jury... maar nee men koos massaal voor de Indiaan... 

Vrienden van mij hebben spontaan de tv uitgezet en niet meer gekeken zo boos waren ze en ik denk terecht want ik denk dat ze hiermee hele hoge ogen had gegooid.. alleen was ze misschien iets te verkeerd gekleed bij dit lied voor conservatief Nederland.. dat heeft haar volgens mij de kop gekost en mocht ze niet gaan. eeuwig zonde.
